Great book, I enjoyed the personal stories that went with each chapter and topic. It helped with understanding it all on a different level.

It is humbling and so helpful to hear from the perspective of what my husband may be experiencing. So blessed to read Gods stories of redemption and how He will be glorified through us all. He is full of grace and mercy and He truly has a plan, we just need to trust Him!

My thoughts constantly take me down a path of hopelessness. This teaching was a big help. I can recognize when those thoughts start to emerge and can take action to combat them with scripture. I may listen to it regularly.

I stand with this ministry and its purpose to heal marriages and the basis of family and society. This book gave me hope and encouragement in my broken marriage.

It is a great book. I am so glad I chose this one, as it helps me understand how to cope when my prodigal husband returns. I'm grateful for the reminder not to stop being a stander throughout my life, as this can help protect against the enemy that could destroy our lives, marriage, family, and loved ones. I will continue to pray without ceasing, before, during, and after my time as a stander, until my last breath.

It has been a blessing to listen to this. Amidst so many initiatives of my own, and so many ideas of how to fix my life, I have realized how hardened my heart is. I have also realized how I need to listen to this audio, along with the rest of God's initiatives for my life in order to walk in His way, and not my own.

I enjoyed the teaching because Charlyne does an excellent job of constantly directing the listener's attention to the Word of God and what it actually says about marriage, restoration, and life. She never suggests or eludes to man's doctrine or teaching as the be-all and end-all. She does share her own experience but repeatedly tells the listener to seek God and God's will for everything.

This book gave great insight to my prodigal. It makes Standing a little easier when you can understand the struggles and pain that your spouse is going through, It helped me understand that we are in this fight together.

Great read. Very helpful to see things from both perspectives. My prodigal is not home yet, but this book is great to prepare for that day. Brought up several important things that I didn’t think of to pray for and prepare for.
